Return & Refund Policy

Every watch from THE COLLECTOR is inspected with precision before leaving our workshop. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and the integrity of our timepieces.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The watch must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all factory seals, stickers, tags, and protective films intact.
  • All original packaging, certificates, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned in their original condition.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, bracelet adjustment, strap creasing, or tampering will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn, sized, or altered in any way.
  • Custom-ordered, engraved, or special-request timepieces.
  • Final-sale or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@tcwatches.com within 14 days of delivery to request authorization.
  2. Once authorized, you will receive secure shipping instructions. All returns must be fully insured by the client until received by TCWatches.
  3. Our watchmakers will perform a full inspection before approval.

Unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–21 business days.
  • Original shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned in a condition different from the one shipped, a partial refund or refusal may apply.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and inspection. Please contact support@tcwatches.com to discuss options.

6. After-Sales Service

Defects or issues arising under warranty are handled through our authorized service process, not through returns. Please review our Warranty Policy for details.
