From time to time, THE COLLECTOR offers clients the opportunity to secure upcoming timepieces in advance through pre-orders. This Pre-Order Policy explains how such orders are managed.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a watch before it is officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery will take place at a future date, subject to production and availability.
2. Payment Terms
- Pre-orders require full payment or a non-refundable deposit at checkout, as indicated on the product page.
- If a deposit is taken, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment is arranged.
- Orders not completed within the specified timeframe may be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.
- Production or supply delays may occur. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, customs, or carriers beyond our control.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Pre-orders are considered final. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- If the full purchase amount was paid in advance, refunds are only available if TCWatches is unable to supply the watch.
- Clients who cancel voluntarily will forfeit their deposit or may receive store credit at our discretion.
5. Product Changes
Design specifications, materials, or packaging may vary slightly from prototypes or promotional images. TCWatches reserves the right to make adjustments without prior notice, while maintaining the integrity and quality of the timepiece.
6. Shipping & Risk
- Watches will only be dispatched once the balance is paid in full.
- All shipments must be insured. Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery.
