All THE COLLECTOR EMPIRE LTD timepieces purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 5-year international warranty from the original date of purchase (see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
To request service under warranty, please contact us at support@tcwatches.com. You may be asked to provide your order number as proof of purchase, together with the warranty card included in your package.
If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly, as they are responsible for honoring your warranty claim. We recommend keeping your original receipt along with your warranty card. Local consumer protection laws on legal warranty rights also apply.
Our warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to: water damage caused by improper handling (e.g., crown not fully secured), normal wear and tear, scratches, broken crystals, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

We recommend carefully wrapping your watch head in bubble wrap or soft tissue, then securing it in a small, well-padded box to prevent movement during transport.

Do TCWatches require a battery?
No. All TCWatches are equipped with automatic mechanical movements that are powered by the natural motion of your wrist. With regular wear, your watch will continue to run without the need for a battery.
Are TCWatches water resistant?
Yes, all TCWatches are water resistant to the rating specified on the caseback and product page. However, water resistance does not mean water-proof. Please ensure the crown is properly secured before exposure to water and avoid extreme conditions not intended for your watch.
How do I care for my watch?
We recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth, avoiding strong magnetic fields, and servicing your watch every 3–5 years through an authorized service center to ensure precision and longevity.
